We deliver to the UK within 6–12 business days. Once your order is placed it is processed within 1–3 days and then dispatched. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your Freya Crystal Watch, simply contact us within 14 days and we will guide you through the return process. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The Freya Crystal Watch features an adjustable pull cord bracelet which means it fits all wrist sizes — no tools or resizing needed. Simply pull the cord to tighten or loosen the watch to your perfect fit. One size truly fits all.

The Freya Crystal Watch is not waterproof. We recommend keeping it away from water, including swimming, showering and heavy rain. To keep your watch looking its best, remove it before contact with water or harsh chemicals such as perfume and cleaning products.

The Freya Crystal Watch is available in three stunning colours — Gold, Rose Gold and Crystal. Each colour has its own unique character. Gold is bold and warm, Rose Gold is soft and feminine, and Crystal is delicate and ethereal. All three feature the signature rhinestone bezel and crystal leaf bracelet.

The Freya Crystal Watch features a premium gold-plated alloy case and bracelet. While it is not solid gold, the plating is applied to a high quality alloy base giving it a rich, luxurious finish that lasts. To maintain the gold finish, avoid contact with water, perfume and harsh chemicals.

Adjusting the Freya is simple. To tighten, gently pull both ends of the cord outward until the watch sits comfortably on your wrist. To loosen, slide the watch face away from the adjustment bead. No tools or professional resizing is needed — it takes just a few seconds.
